Jon Stewart's 75 year old mother lost her money in these investment plans that Cramer and CNBC were touting. So you'll excuse him Brian if he was angry at these lying con artists. And besides, what the hell were you watching? He gave Cramer enough time to explain himself, and Cramer did a piss poor job in doing so. Jon Stewart doesn't do anything half seriously.

What about the Rick Mercer Report? I like some of the style about Jon Stewart, but I don't like Jon Stewart. He seems to take the issues he is talking about only half seriously. His "interview" with Cramer was more of a rehearsed lecture by Stewart. Yeah, Cramer did engage in many dubious acts, but if Jon Stewart had the confidence he would have allowed Cramer to rebut most of the attacks. Instead, we saw a verbal lashing that the audience gobbled up. Remember, the Comedy Network is filled with people who are willing to twist facts for entertainment.
